He holds a PhD in Management Science and a Master in Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology, and a Master in Econometrics from Tilburg University. Mark has experience with banks, corporates and pension funds in Market Risk Management, Asset & Liability Management, Finance & Accounting and Management Consultancy.
Bas Meijer
- Function: Consultant Treasury Management
- About: Bas Meijer brings more than 15 years of practical experience, both with banks and corporates, in Treasury Services. He worked for listed and non-listed corporates as Group Treasurer and derivatives trader. Bas has experience in setting up Treasury Departments, architecture of international Cash Management structures, Corporate Finance and Commodity Risk Management like Diesel, Cotton and Soy. Bas studied business economics at HEAO, Amsterdam; he holds a master in business economics at University of Amsterdam and finished the graduat program Treasury management at VU University of Amsterdam.
Luc Winters
- Function: Consultant Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions
- About: Luc spent three years as a mergers and acquisitions advisor with a US investment bank in London and five years as a corporate finance and treasury manager with a Dutch multinational in Amsterdam. In that capacity, he was amongst others involved in assignments related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, the sale of financial investments via capital markets transactions, treasury-disentanglement of divested activities and treasury-integration of acquired businesses. Luc holds a degree in Law (University of Leuven, incl. Law King’s College London) and a Master in Business Administration (Vlerick).
